Moretto at Fakuma 2024
Fakuma 2024 is around the corner and Moretto can’t wait to meet its customers and many visitors in Friedrichshafen (Germany) from 15 to 19 October to show its technologies and new developments.
The themes of this edition - digitalization, process automation and energy efficiency - are only some of Moretto’s strategic development drivers. The company has always dedicated great attention to these aspects, with the aim of optimizing production processes in terms of efficiency and being a pioneer in the design and development of innovative systems aimed at increasing productivity while reducing production costs.
At Hall B3-Stand 3208, Moretto will exhibit its entire product range confirming its position as leading reference for the plastics industry processors looking for solutions characterised by an advanced level of technology and performance.
Among the drying solutions on display there will be the revolutionary OTX (Original Thermal eXchanger) hopper, the compact fully electric X COMB dryer, and the innovative MOISTURE METER analyzer for measuring in real time the residual moisture content of plastic granules, eliminating the need for offline sampling.
To satisfy any blending requirement, Moretto will exhibit the range of DGM GRAVIX, a cutting-edge gravimetric dosing unit recently renewed. The improvements in the digital part, as well as the introduction of a new micro-dosing model (DGM GRAVIX 20), further underline Moretto's commitment to meeting the specific needs of plastics processors.
Furthermore, visitors will have the opportunity to discover DOLPHIN, the exclusive automatic manifold for material-machine allocation in plastics conveying plants.
The storage line will include SILCONTROL, the system designed and developed to control the loading of plastic granules into storage silos.
All the solutions can be perfectly integrated with MOWIS, a supervision and management system entirely developed in-house by Moretto. It allows connectivity between machines, processes, departments, plants and factories. A demo version will be available at the stand for visitors to test the main features and benefits of this exclusive supervising system.
Fakuma will be also the occasion to see for the first time the new grinder HYPER CUT. A starve feeding granulator suitable for grinding waste pieces, sprues and blowed parts with 15 movable blades. The engine power is transferred on a single mobile blade and three standard fixed blades increasing productivity while reducing consumptions.
This is only a taste of what’s to come at Fakuma! Many other exclusive technologies dedicated to the plastics processing industry will be exposed at the exhibition. Products with high technological content capable of raising the quality standard, increasing production efficiency and energy savings of the supplied systems.
The Moretto staff is looking forward to seeing you at Hall B3 - Stand 3208 to find the right solution for your needs and revolutionize your plastics production process.
