In-line moisture analyzer

Moisture Meter CONTROL is the device dedicated to the in-line measurement of the plastic granules residual moisture, after drying process and immediately before the polymer transformation.

Moisture Meter CONTROL is based on “Power Peak” patented technology which determines the moisture inside the plastic granules by using electromagnetic waves.

• Moisture range up to 3000 ppm
• Temperature range 20-180 °C (68-356 °F)

The device is able to measure the minimum moisture level in ppm.

Moisture Meter CONTROL has Ethernet connection, USB and Serial RS485. It’s MOWIS ready. The 7” colour Touch View can manage up to 6 devices.

MOISTURE METER LOOP

Moisture Meter LOOP is the device dedicated to the in-line measurement of the plastic granules residual moisture, after drying process and immediately before the polymer transformation.

Moisture Meter LOOP has a Moisture Meter at the base of the hopper. When the system recognizes that the material leaving the hopper is not properly dehumidified, it starts the material recovery function. The material with a non-compliant moisture level at the base of the hopper is bring back into the hopper to guarantee a high quality production.

Moisture Meter LOOP has Ethernet connection, USB and Serial RS485. It’s MOWIS ready. The 7” colour Touch View can manage up to 6 devices.

MOISTURE METER SENTINEL

Moisture Meter SENTINEL is the device dedicated to the in-line measurement of the plastic granules resi-dual moisture, after drying process and immediately before the polymer transformation.

Moisture Meter SENTINEL has a Moisture Meter at the base of the hopper. When the initial parameters have been overcome, the system starts the material recovery function until the achievement of set parameters. During this phase, it stops the regular material flow to respect the strictly quality control of medical sector.

Moisture Meter SENTINEL has Ethernet connection, USB and Serial RS485. It’s MOWIS ready. The 7” colour Touch View can manage up to 6 devices.

MOISTURE METER MANAGER

MM MANAGER is the 4.0 revolution in the drying of the polymers. No tool can compete nor offer production certification with maximum energy efficiency like Moisture Meter Manager does.

The moisture control is absolutely accurate thanks to the exclusive "Power Peak technology". The delta measurement between initial and final moisture of the granule in the hoppers inlet and outlet allows the system to manage the dryer’s working conditions maximizing the process performance.

MM MANAGER integrates the dryer in an adaptive system as outlined by the 4.0 Project of Smart factory. A such structured process, with Moisture Meter Manager, achieves incredible results in terms of efficiency. MM MANAGER scans the material every two seconds and provides grain quality reports with regular frequencies for each piece or sample. Production is certified piece by piece. It has a 10’’ HD colour touch view and friendly operator interface.
