Among the grinding solutions, Moretto presents HYPER CUT, a new starve feeding, low speed, multi-blade grinder. This machine is suitable for grinding waste pieces, sprues and blowed parts. The storage line features SILCONTROL, a system designed by Moretto to control the automatic loading of plastic granules into silos. Using a barcode reader, the material is matched to the correct silo by querying a database in the company ERP system, thus eliminating risk of human error and avoiding unpleasant and costly inaccuracies of loading the granule into the wrong silo.
Moretto has developed MOWIS, a complete and dynamic software platform for the supervision and control of all Moretto equipment. This tool provides total connectivity between machines, processes and departments, enabling integrated and intuitive management of complex system.
